Easy-Time Rose Tea Process Flow Description

1. Cleansing, smashing, sieving and drying of raw materials

The raw materials undergoing acceptance are mainly rose, lily, Hibiscus Sabdariffa Linnaeus and vanilla, which are smashed and sieved into 14-60 meshes after impurity removing and cleansing, and then dried under the temperature of 80, finally put into the Purified Material Warehouse.

2. Batching and mixing

Take out raw materials from the Purified Material Warehouse then batch and mix them evenly in proportion to quantity.

3. Drying and sterilizing

Carry out dry sterilization on the mixed materials for continuous 90 minutes under the temperature of 110.

4. Independent teabag packing

The dried materials, after cooling, shall be independently packed in teabags by automatic packing machine; each teabag weighs 2 grams.

5. Interior packing

Check to see that the teabags are intact and pucka, and then pack 30 teabags in a aluminizing packing bag, finally put the aluminizing packing bag into tinplate packing can; the specification of each can is 2 grams×30 teabags, the net weight is 60 grams.

6. Exterior packing

The finished products are eventually packed manually into a box; each exterior packing carton box has the capacity of 60 cans of finished products.

7. Warehousing

The finished products in boxes shall be piled up properly on the plate holder, and then delivered them to the Finished Product Warehouse by cart.

8. Ex-work transportation

Products proved to be qualified after inspections have access to ex-work transportation.
